Ventajas

Relevant solution set and finally some innovation after years of stagnation. Good people at the individual contributor and mid-management levels. Good culture.

Desventajas

Micromanagement galore. Every step of a sale is over analyzed to the point where everyone is confused. Enablement is non-existent. Management thinks requiring sales employees to record videos of themselves reciting marketing material is training. Senior management can be abrasive and has resulted in a number of employees resigning.

The people were talented with a really good mentoring and training program. Good benefits and a healthy organization to improve selling services with solid products to enable clients

Desventajas

There was some financial health issues and growth stunted with people leaving

The benefits are actually really good

Desventajas

Everything else is bad. No career progression, no raises and the environment is incredibly petty and toxic. Revenue at this company isn't going to improve and they've already gone bankrupt at least once that I know of in the last few years.
