During my temping for Ritz i found them very personable, friendly and always listened to what kind of roles I preferred. There was not a high volume of vacancies but this is because Ritz focuses on quality rather than quantity. They managed to kick start my career change and would not continue placing me somewhere i did not feel comfortable. HELEN MCCAY and JO LEARMONTH were my contacts during that period. Both are impeccable recruiters and definitely go above and beyond to provide the best candidate experience. Alot of the bigger firms could learn something from Jo Learmonth, Helen Mccay and Ritz Rec!
