Great perks through the Marriott and beyond. Decent benefit package for health.

Desventajas

Shady tipped employee structure. Your immediate supervisors are part of your tip pool. You are essentially paying your superior so that The Ritz doesn't have to. If you work at a property that is smaller and a shift with lower meal prices but still require the same service and attention to detail.. you're making less than your service industry cohorts in crappy chain restaurants.

After Covid, management became slightly disorganized and not as friendly, or helpful as before.
