Run. This "company" is just the CEO and one or two other ever-temporary employees all of whom he treats like his handmaidens. CEO runs office out of parents' office basement and is verbally abusive and overtly disrespectful, just like them. Fires people on a whim and has angry fits at least once a day. And threatens to sue practically everyone, including employees. As if that weren't bad enough, he makes his personal matters your problem. One of the highest turnover rates I have ever seen, as if there's any confusion why. This was the most hostile, negative, disrespectful, unhealthy, no boundaries environment I or anyone I know has ever worked in.
