Ventajas

Security, job satisfaction, it is a career. I have lots of fun and I work with a great team of people. As they say a job is what you make of it. I see Rite Response as a long term exciting place to work.

Desventajas

The call volume is high. If you want an easy, do nothing job, go elsewhere.

Ventajas

Freedom to work "in house" or remote. Ability to work with or without supervision. Paid overtime and holidays. Access to review hours worked past and present.

Desventajas

Poor work-life balance. Mandatory overtime. Short to no notice of schedule changes. No base pay raises offered. No room for advancement in company. Pettiness of management and owner. Very high turn over rate. Consistently understaffed. Consistently contradictory requests from management/owner. Lack of training. Little to no communication.
