Ventajas
Risksense is a good place to become a part of furniture, prepare for the next job interview, feel how unemployment is like, get exposed to the worst of leadership, together with fellow demotivated engineers. You can experience great culture every-time you decide to stay home. And if you decide to show up to the office, you realize how so many things that you hated including the multiple days of thanksgiving leftovers are so much better than the days spent at this office. This company doesn't believe in deadlines and has no record of delivering the customer commitments on time ever, which is great because you can decide when to show up or when not to and no one really cares. For the trouble of having to go to the office, there is at-least the well stocked cafeteria, with the expired turkey meat.
Desventajas
This organization doesn't have a working product, or an engineering team that knows what they are doing. There is constant infighting within the engineering team and cronyism is highly prevalent. The CEO has issues, people are randomly removed from their positions, new managers hired or put in situations that they have no choice but to leave. Overall it is a company best avoided. The HR managers are asked to write fake reviews.
