Desventajas
The main problem with this company (Especially the Newark office) is the management. All other problems are just consequences of that. Other reviews mention an "inner circle".. and I know this sounds very conspiratorial but it is absolutely true! I have worked with 2 other companies before I started here, and I have never seen or heard of nepotism to such a blatant and egregious level. I really am jealous of everyone who quit and moved on to other jobs elsewhere. I am sure they are all a thousand times happier, and I can't wait for my turn to come. Please do yourself a favor and do not step a foot in this building, especially model dev. You will always have to catch up to some people who reached their positions because of connections and scheming and you can't play this game maintaining your integrity.
