      Ventajas

      I love working at RRP. The company has fostered my career growth unlike any place I've ever worked, and given me the opportunity and resources to pursue initiatives I believe in. My direct report provides excellent mentorship and is always willing to listen to my ideas.

      Desventajas

      I'm occasionally asked to do work outside of my core responsibilities, but it gives me good insights into other areas of the business.

      Ventajas

      Modern feel to the office, casual dress code.

      Desventajas

      The biggest frustration is the person in charge of operations does not know how to do her job and is not honest. She delegates anything she does not know how to do. A classic example of a woman who manipulates but doesn’t work very hard. Other co workers are great. CEO is a classic example of a boy riding daddy’s coattails. Barely in the office.
