Ventajas
It really gives me a sense of purpose to be working on such a revolutionary product. It is truly energizing to come into work, knowing that the market for such a product is largely untapped and enormous - and knowing that your work impacts potentially millions of people everyday. Riseio is (pun maybe intended...) definitely on the rise.
Desventajas
It is obviously a given that a small startup will experience its growing pains, and this is certainly the case for Riseio. Compared to other startups of its size, Riseio is fairly well organized, but job roles are still amalgamous and forming as I write - which is not even necessarily a disadvantage, but rather a given.
