Ventajas

The pay and most of the people you'll work with day to day are pretty great.

Desventajas

Since the conglomerate corporate parent company fully took control post-pandemic the culture has declined, swiftly. Benefits have worsened, restructures have broken up teams and realigned entire departments and they make sure you understand you're simple cog in the greater machine that is their giant enterprise.

Ventajas

Gym and Gateway Newstand in building Short walk to CTA, Union & Ogilvie Lots of great places nearby for lunch or happy hours

Desventajas

Hypocrisy (Layoffs followed by “We’re off to a strong start for this year!”) Privileged treatment to some bosses (note how I used boss) Toxic people Entry level employees are allowed to work 20 hours but log 40. They will hire external people to fill roles instead of promote internally.
