Management including the CEO are afraid to take chances on folks with little experience and give them an environment to really learn an begin to master their craft. Ideas to improve processes are listened to and even tried if its found it could provide some value. Working on the commercial side of the business has given me the opportunity to work with customers of all technical abilities across many different industries. Coming to Riptide has easily advanced my career 5+ years in terms of experience and management of a team.
