Ventajas
It seemed like a great opportunity at first- they say they want to make a positive impact and really care about the environment. They promised lots of career progression and self-development opportunities but it soon became apparent that this is very far from the truth.
Desventajas
Bullying, micro-management and favouritism are very prominent from leadership. I have seen previous team members fired for no apparent reason. Certain individuals (Head of marketing) seems to have a hold over the CEO- sparking much speculation within the team as to why this is. Very unprofessional environment- being spoken to aggressively is common from Head of Marketing. Since beginning my position, I have been warned about the head of marketing and have experienced her unprofessional and nasty behaviour myself however I have been told that when previous employees spoke out they were fired within weeks under very suspicious circumstances. I am also aware that there is an extremely high turnover within the marketing department which is a red flag.
