Ripley PR is a great company to work for! It is a small team that works very well together. I’ve been here for almost a year and feel very appreciated and supported in my job. It is a fast paced job so you must be good at multi-tasking, organization and time management. The CEO expects a lot of her team but also gives a lot in return. She gives back to the community and appreciates her team by allowing us to volunteer in the community while on company time, brings in a massage therapist every few months, understands the importance of our families, sends us flowers and always remembers to say thank you. She is genuine, caring and flexible if I need to leave work early for family commitments. She fosters a great work culture and I’m very proud and grateful to be a part of her team!
