Ventajas

Fun culture, sincere executive management, compensation is better than you might expect from a used equipment broker.

Desventajas

It's used equipment sales. Most accounts view that as the last priority in purchasing equipment. Sales tools inefficient; largely an inside sales role even if they tell you otherwise. Definitely need to find a customer that doesn't have access to products direct from OEM.

Great people, fun place to work, solid values

Desventajas

Most opportunities could not be fulfilled Little to no training or support Managers are also salesmen... distracts from managing The only salespeople making money are selling into the last major telecom company they worked for... not really a sustainable BD model, and does not work for those without a huge rolodex of industry contacts
