Ventajas
Amazing benefits (better than any I've had), very competitive salaries, strong culture of people who want to work hard and achieve great things together. The people are the best part of this company (such good people!), which speaks to the quality of hiring. This is an ambitious workplace. If you like to work with the best and want to continue to evolve in your own career then this is a good place for you. I find that very motivating!
Desventajas
We are scaling and therefore we have growing pains. It can be disorganized, there is little structure in place yet. Some people don't like the shift to more structure but that is all part of scaling. The pace is really fast, which I like, but some will not thrive with such a rapid rate of change.
