The company cares about its team, provides top notch benefits, and pays really well. But what I love the most about working at RigUp is the candor that leadership brings to the table. They made hard decisions that have positioned the business for success and continue to make the right strategic decisions to best set us up for success in the future. Desventajas
There are a lot of weak players and weak managers who work here. They continue to get 2nd chances. You are only as strong as your weakest links and because the company is a rocketship, sometimes you have to trade out your weaker players as you find new success.
