This company use to be a great company to work for. They really valued their employees and were very transparent with everyone on where the company was heading.
Since early 2019, it has been all downhill from there. They hired 200 + people in less than 6 months and it is absolute chaos. Upper management is clueless on what is going on within departments. The company culture and transparency is completely gone at RigUp. People with little to no managerial experience were put into manager roles because they knew the CEO or COO. There is little to no clear communication between teams now. The platform is an absolutely joke and they should stop saying they are a tech company and admit they are a consulting firm. Unless you are a bro or were one of the first 20 people hired, good luck on getting promoted or any career advancement.
The only reason I am still at RigUp is because of the unlimited PTO and the flexibility to work from home.
