Ventajas
The job itself is not hard. Once you get used to the rhythm and flow, it's manageable. You meet some good people and small shifts become work family. Currently expanding with new machinery, plenty of jobs available. If you can get full time, the health benefits are really good! Management staff is lenient and understanding when certain major events and health issues arise but there is a flavoring of favoritism.
Desventajas
People are constantly coming and going due to using a temp agency. Severely understaffed because the pay is low. Office politics to the worst degree. Either you're on 1st shift and buddy buddy with the office staff that is there, or you're on a later shift where things feel more relaxed due to them being gone, but get the short end of the stick getting blamed for production being behind.
