      Being a small business there was a lot of flexibility with schedule and opportunity to interact with the upper management. A perfect place to learn various technologies and interact with Government.

      Desventajas

      The compensation package (benefits and salaries) are not competitive enough to keep and hire the best of the best engineers in the market.
