      - Lack of company direction - Little to no room for growth - Very profane language in Golden location - High workload and expectations for compensation

      Free product for employees, none other

      Desventajas

      No insurance benefits for US employees, no 401k offering, no budget for culture and team building, literally no benefits to working in the USA facilities. $100/ month "health stipend" offered to all employees but that is not enough to afford health insurance in the US. Underpaid, overworked, founder does not respect employees or customers.
