Ventajas
The flexibility of work schedules and new people coming into the company make it a nice place to work. There is plenty of work to do and new things to learn as the company looks to create its own identity. The company also appears to look internally to promote and I think that shows value of employees on some level.
Desventajas
The majority of employees at the company are from IBM and say they want change but really cannot manage to change. IBM is the way they know and they can't move away from things being done a certain way. The senior leadership struggles with the same mentality and can't move away from IBM thinking. Senior leadership also needs to listen to those below them and trust those doing the job to understand what the challenges and obstacles are every day and value that input in making business decisions.
