The location was convenient, Off weekends, Friendly factory workers.
Desventajas
Sadly the other reviews are accurate. The owner and his “managers” are making it up as they go along. The high turnover says it all. People that stay either don’t realize their worth, have can’t pass background/drug tests to get better jobs or they are desperate for work. You will more than likely be hired on the spot, but be careful- desperation like that coming from a company speaks volumes. In under 6 months the amount of people I’ve witnessed come and go is insane. The owner needs to step back or take some courses on Organizational Leadership and with a heavy emphasis on Professionalism. He will single handedly be the demise of a potentially booming business. So much more to say but I don’t want to jeopardize the livelihoods of the people that actually need to work there.
