Ventajas

You are able to complete the necessary work in the order that you would like to, as long as it is accomplished. With having this freedom to do the work in the manner you chose to, you are not micro managed. There are always other team members that are willing to assist if you do not have the answers on to handle certain types of jobs. This job is refreshing in that there is always something new to learn. Never does a day go by that you are not learning something new. So the job is definitely not boring, its challenging and stimulating and the days go bye quickly. If you are a diligent worker, you will be rewarded here at this company. My experience here is if you have a personal matter that comes up here, the company works with you.

Desventajas

As technology changes so does software. If you do not like to learn new things or new software that could be considered negative. If you are looking for a job where you can surf on the internet half the day or you want to do the bare minimum to get by, this job would not be for you.

Management and employees are all focused on culture and moving in the same direction. Management is always on the floor, not just sitting behind their desks.

Desventajas

None that the toxic employees are no longer here.

Waking up and going into this hell hole, it's a life sucking grind of epic proportions.
