Ventajas
There are none that I can think of.
Desventajas
Too much travel. Six people to one motel room. Ignorant management with limited experience. The place is losing funding fast and with it any remaining ethnical work culture. They lie about everything. Even simple things like pay and hours worked. The equipment is always broken and a real safety hazard. There are NO benefits, first aid kits or safety net if you get hurt in the field. It’s the type of place where careers go to die. No one is happy and everyone is out to backstab the next person. Everyone. HR is shady and known to hire relatives and lie to job applicants by claiming the position was filled. It’s crazy and very stressful. And at any time, you can get fired. Even when you are out of State in the flooded fields. They will make you pay for your own way back home.
