Management is horrible they have 5 people working in mermentau who all are related and 2 of which are plant and production managers so they of course are biased and the production manager is very unprofessional and would cuss out employees or call them little crying girls. And employees would be on drugs or drunk on the job and would have to make other employees have to make up for the pace of them
