Ventajas
RIA offers people a young and dynamic environment. The office is full of talented people who all thrive to make this story a success. The culture is an essential part and there are so-called "team weeks" once per year which ends up in a big party. The job itself is challenging and you have to grow quickly. Different tracks are possible and you get the occasion of making choices that will define your path in the company. The company is basing is current strategy on two main products that are promising but still need to show their full potential in terms of sales. Some positions offer the occasion of traveling to several countries on nearly all the continents. For me that's a huge plus.
Desventajas
The inconvenients are those of a small startup growing quickly to a +100 people. You don't know everybody anymore, you get worry that management is further away from the day to day concerns of the employees. But I believe that so far this has been handled appropriately.
