Ventajas
It's rather easy to get work, and contract. Most of the perople are friendly. It's possible to make your working hours flexible. Supervisiors understand that sometimes you need to finish early, or if its possible you can stay longer.
Desventajas
This company (Rhenus Tilburg), is really on money. Management is doing all they can to lower costs, including lowering wages, extending working time, avoiding any extra benefits. If you decide to work for Rhenus, my strong advice is to allways check your money and hours. If you don't check, then might be not paid for overtime breaks, miss some hours, miss extra % for early or late working hours. Lack of paper and/or soap in toilet is common, same as broken coffiee machines. Be afraid of pushing to do something extra for Rhenus, but do not expect that it will somehow return as a benefit for you. The information flow is on a low level. A lot of misunderstandings between mamagement stuff.
