Company's mangers aren't qualified enough. There wasn't any feedback to employees on theirs progress. All is handed to team leaders and teammates itself.
BIG step down was when Usablenet as their owner company decided to decrease the number of employees. Half of employees were fired. So, for newcomers future and contracts are uncertain.
