Salary not on time.Free of cost harrassment is the only pros here. If you want to work without money with harrassment then you join this company. They have the strategy that they will give the salary only one member from your team if you stop working because u didn't receive salary then they will pressurized the guy for work who got salary. They manipulate u at the time of joining and create an bond and they wish to work u without money in ur entire bond period.
Desventajas
If u raise your request for salary then they always do a fake promises and fake dates and latter on they say ur performance is low and all other bad things against you. If you leave the company then they sent u a notice in that they demanding amount in lakhs (8-10 lakhs)and they will not give your experience letter and also ur original documents.There is no hr for who listens ur problems. If you call for your salary then no one receives a call.
