      Ventajas

      Decent compensation based on the currency conversion. It is not so good if you are a native American and live in the US. Good communication in the integration team between the members, and the manager is a nice person.

      Desventajas

      Lack of transparency from the company Not good communication between the different teams in the company Lack of speed to solve problems for clients sometimes

      Ventajas

      Been at a few startups and this has been the best of the bunch. Healthy mix of young and old, and everyone is hungry and expecting big things. Still a series A and has its moments with growing pains but so far all issues have been met head on by the leadership team.

      Desventajas

      It's a series A. Not the environment for everyone. Understand what you are signing up for
