I've been here for 1.5 years working for the new owner/Ex. Dir. He is passionate about the organization, energetic, works non stop to build brand awareness, and to grow and improve the business. He creates an open team environment where the staff always feel comfortable voicing their ideas and opinions and he frequently implements those ideas. He has made significant positive changes to both format and content with more on the way. It's very much an "open communications environment" and there are regular update calls with the staff to ensure everyone is up to date. Very much a team environment. The leadership genuinely cares about the Members and the staff and the organization will continue to flourish under his leadership. He wants his team members to be successful and he creates an environment where hard work is rewarded! Flexible schedule/great place to work!
