Ventajas
Service manager is a good boss. He wants told me it’s a good job but the company sucks. He was right. The pay is terrible, the company is mismanaged from the top down. I was never on board with lying to customers to gouge them on stuff they did not even need.
Desventajas
The pay was never sufficient even with overtime. By improving management the company would become more efficient and therefore be able to provide better service support and painful he’s better. But that’s not how they do it
