Ventajas
I've learned a lot working here! The kind of energy you bring to the work place really matters at a smaller company such as this. All coworkers are very friendly and management is improving in handling rapid growth of the company. Lab techs are indispensable here, meaning great job security. Health benefits and new PTO policies are the best in the industry, no other company I've worked for has been so generous.
Desventajas
Growing demand for company's products/test stretches staff and long hours are sometimes needed in order to fulfill the week's work. Overtime is paid however. The details of your original job description can change over time as you gain more responsibility and projects outside of the normal workload as well which can be frustrating if a pay increase does not accompany the larger workload.
