      Ventajas

      This is a great place to work. I've had the opportunity to grow, feel recognized for my contributions to the team and the company, and continue to feel like my voice is heard. I'm empower to make things better for my employees and our customers.

      Desventajas

      We are experiencing growing pains as we bring on new customers and process. That type of environment is not for everyone.

      It can be difficult for cross-department collaboration with everyone being in different time zones.

      Thanks for the review! Cross-functional collaboration across time zones is a real challenge these days. We are hoping that the flexibility of our remote & hybrid environment and clarification of ‘core working hours’ will help support even greater collaboration across teams.       Ventajas

      *Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

      Desventajas

      *Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
