Ventajas

The pay is good and you get paid every friday. Good discounts on the things in the store. plenty to do and small number of employees at each store can make it easier to improve cohesion and day to day work approach.

Desventajas

Long hours 48 hours plus a week. Lots of high school like drama especially from people trying to move up. dealing with the kind of people who usually rent there makes you lose a little faith in humanity.
