The only pro about working for Rent 1st is that they promote from within.

Desventajas

Pay was ok as a sales and service manager at 34000 plus bonus ;however, I was working at least 60 at week. My average hourly pay after taxes was $10 an hour. The company expects there employees to work extra hours w/ no pay. Starting out as an account manager you work 44 hours and overtime is half time (usually worked at least 50 hours but only payed for 44). Everybody is required to take a mandatory hour lunch break which often I never even got a 10 min lunch break. The worst four months of my life was working for Rent1st. The company scans there customers and there employees. I would never recommend Rent 1st to anybody

Ventajas

Ok pay for the area but no benefits Rapid advancement Owner is generous and fair, genuinely a likeable guy

Desventajas

Minimum of 60hr weeks with a 6 day work week. Days off are dangled over your head for hitting certain marks but rarely given and you're treated like a criminal for calling out. Expect to work from 8am to 7 or 8pm most days and be told work life balance doesn't exist and that it's about making sacrifices.
