Desventajas
It is a Japanese company with all the downsides: - Controlled by slow to react paper pushers -- too sloooooow - Many issues lost in translation - Japanese employees speak really poor English Leader in the race to the (revenue and market share) bottom. Not in pricing but in revenue. Every time Renesas buys another company, the combined revenue is back to the level it was before within a couple of years, not the combined revenue. Once you are hired, do not expect any pay raise by default. Very static in terms of salary, does not follow market trends. You will most likely make below average money.
