Ventajas
- Rank & file are genuinely great people. Pleasant place to be. - Industry and subject matter is interesting. Renaissance matters in this space.
Desventajas
- Solid international business, but US business is struggling. Customer attrition, new customers, integrating and growing new acquisitions, product transition to the cloud, fixing cash cow products, creating new products. Management says all the right PR things about change and understanding our problems, but so did the last set. And it's going to be hard riding for a while where eventually they'll need to do lots of cost cutting that will impact us all. Jury is out on the yet another new path forward, but even if they're on the right path, the trends will not change overnight. This industry is moves slowly with narrow windows to make changes.
