Ventajas

Desventajas

Not even sure where to start. Let’s say this if you are young don’t have a clue about the job market, you have no experience you won’t even feel exploited. BUT, if you already have some experience (here I have to mention the majority - 99% of RQ employees are all interns/recent graduates with 0 knowledge about a job culture, not to mention a healthy one. Toxic screams in every single aspect of the way decisions are made: the why, how etc all brainwashed by what the company calls “mindset” and “energy” without even realising the burnout and the mental health implications needed to recover from all of this. Sure by the time you “wake up” they already announced internal that somehow don’t need you anymore and you “decided to move in a different direction” all by being told you have no life. Your only purpose in life is RQ.

There are many but here are the top two: 1. Incompetent leadership - Questionable decisions in terms of operational and GTM strategy. ICs are overwhelmed with unrealistic expectations in terms of workload; you could work 24/7 and still never be caught up. Impact: most of the top performers have left, and the ones who remain have little work-life balance. 2. Nepotism Culture - Promotions/opportunities are not merit-based. People who get rewarded are those with personal connections to leadership or those who can kiss the most a**. Impact: don't expect to get promoted based off of performance.
