Ventajas
Refresh represents a vigorous, fast-paced, start-up culture. They emphasize the user experience and presentation of relevant data. Everyone is very focused and driven yet willing to collaborate and help each other. The office is a lot of fun, and all employees regularly participated in nerf gun battles and mario cart races! Additionally, lunch is complementary each day, and there is a wide range of delicious options to choose from on Castro Street.
Desventajas
The codebase is a bit overwhelming at first, and it takes some time to adjust and get used to it. As a start-up, the lifespan of ideas is quite short. Sometimes the team is spread a bit thin between maintaining the current codebase, adding new features, investigating new ideas, and debugging.
