I joined Reedsy more than two years ago. It has been amazing seeing it move forward with a clear vision, and really rewarding to look back and see the growth that we've achieved together. The company is made up of awesome, talented, and smart people from all over the world with a strong collaborative and communicative culture. The work itself is entirely remote, and management is hugely supportive of traveling and working out of different time zones. I feel trusted by the founders and the team to get things done, and have the opportunity to form and execute game plans. It's very gratifying to be able to see my work translate into actual results for a product that I really believe in, and I'm excited to see where the company goes in the future.
