      Ventajas

      They will make lots of promises when they are hiring and make you feel wanted. Reed under previous management was a great company to work for. I was proud to tell people that I was going to work for the Reed family company.

      Desventajas

      Sr leadership is Not trustworthy at all. Frequent Failure of communication from leadership and hostile work environment. Very anti family work place.
