      Ventajas

      Talented people across all regions - Founders with great experience and passion to make a real different to the global cause while building something that everyone should be proud of Everyone is listened to and given a chance to take on full responsibility for their roles and departments Great flexibility and culture overall Years of growth ahead and well placed to ride out any market turbulence

      Desventajas

      Not being able to catchup with the teams from different regions as often as i would like. But we have learned to collaborate well over video calls and slack :)

      Ventajas

      This has been an amazing rollercoaster full of growth, opportunities, and more. It is a face paced company that is really strives to succeed and wants its employees to do the same. While I’m newer to the company, I feel fully supported by my peers and leaders.

      Desventajas

      As a startup, it is working through a lot struggles regarding tools, processes, and structure.

      Ventajas

      - Lot's of opportunity, if you want it, it's there for the taking. - Autonomy and the ability to innovate and be creative - Not a lot of red tape so things move quickly - Freedom to expand beyond typical responsibilities, allowing me to be involved in complex projects. - My manager shows a lot of compassion and kindness but also challenges me to do and be more. This is something I have noticed with other managers as well.

      Desventajas

      - Like any startup there are growing pains and we are learning to prioritize the right projects. - Sometimes the global hours can slow things down, mostly waiting for responses from my global counterparts or leaders
