Ventajas
Redsquid is a company which is defined by the people it employees. I have found all employees from sales to finance all have the same drive and desire for the business. Redsquid is an organisation which has achieved this by supporting all staff on development plans and supporting them to achieve their potential. While supporting staff on development they provide a warm working environment which doesn't show any discrimination based on your role which I have noticed in other roles I have worked in. The business is evolving from a traditional telecoms seller into the IT services which is very exciting. In addition the flexible working hours is a key factor which shows trust in the employee. Other pro's about the Redsquid is their commitment to charity work and the become a greener company.
Desventajas
The location of the office is the off the A1 and can be difficult to get too during rush hour.
