Ventajas

Depending on your position in the hierarchy, and the integrity of your manager, you could survive here unscathed.

Desventajas

The CEO listed is not the actual current active CEO who is Anthony Woodward. The entire HR department, Operations, and Office Management are all run and organised by 1 person. In my opinion this person has purchased or manufactured positive reviews for this organisation to ensure the viable possibility of new hires. The CEO is a petulant child that runs this business like a personal hobby project where all employees are at their beck and call. Individuals can be randomly chosen as a scapegoat for irrelevant issues. Majority of the C-suite and leadership management are strategically on side with the CEO's erratic and narcissistic demands in the interest of self preservation. Middle management and boots on the ground are blamed for any executive decision and lack of any expertise, factual connection to reality and reasonable expectations of humans. Management often encourage unethical practices in the sales process such as hypothetically promising features and functions that do not exist and haven't been in production. In lieu of any bonuses or pay increases, the organisation "boasts" that the offering of 'healthy snacks' in the office kitchens (supermarket pantry items) and the luxury of 'fully furnished work stations' in the offices.
