I can honestly say that I cannot think of a downside to working for RecWorks.
A great team environment that offers lots of flexibility, support and autonomy. The team constantly come up with new ideas and approaches to working and they welcome feedback and input. Everyone works hard for one another and collaborates well on varying projects.
