      Ventajas

      Lots of extremely positive restructuring. Top down team focused, culture & commitment to our customers. I feel respected and appreciated.

      Desventajas

      Fully remote due to my location. Not applicable if I lived near the factory. I see the benefits of a hybrid role when new to a company when it comes to building internal relationships.

      Ventajas

      Excellent company to work for, Great people who support you all the way. Manager is Amazing, always goes to bat for the Team and is very honest. Never hold back, they tell you what you lack and to be able to fix it. asking unlimited questions and always has door open.

      Desventajas

      the only thing I can say is that there aren't any bonuses
