Desventajas

Horrible cultura de microgestión por parte de personal global inexperto del mercado de viajes de EE. UU. Recursos Humanos es corrupto al ignorar las preocupaciones sobre despidos y renuncias de empleados sin explicación. Solo reconocer cuando los empleados se ven obligados a abordar la discriminación racial y las represalias. Información errónea de los reclutadores sobre beneficios de salud y requisitos de viaje. Entorno estresante, KPI que no son alcanzables, el producto no es competitivo, el liderazgo no escucha nuestras inquietudes y sugerencias porque, según 1 o 2 viajes a EE. UU., lo saben todo….broma. 4 personas dimitieron y 2 fueron despedidos de forma dudosa.

Hello! Thank you for taking your time to share a review. We are sorry to hear that you managed to get such a negative experience. Everything you listed totally contradicts our culture and the way we handle various issues. However, we’d like to mention that at RateHawk we foster an open and transparent culture at all levels, and encourage our team to share timely feedback, if they have any. We are absolutely against any kinds of discrimination and will never allow something like that to happen inside our teams. We provide healthcare benefits and require up to 50% working time for travels, as it’s mentioned in our job descriptions. Recruiters provide up to date information, openly answer all questions, etc. All terms and conditions are specified in the contracts, which employees read before signing. We openly share information about our strategy and plans with employees, and allow everyone to discuss them and provide feedback on these topics. We have an onboarding program that involves both trainers and team leaders, which helps employees to get all the necessary knowledge about the product. At the same time, we don’t abandon our employees. We are always ready to assist, help and answer questions, as well as to conduct follow-up trainings on topics where issues may occur. Here you study fast and have to work with people of different countries. Even when the situation is busy, team members are helpful and willing to answer questions.

At first it may be overwhelming as it has a lot of tools to study.
