      Ventajas

      The company goes out of its way to make sure that the team is part of the family. Not one person is too good for one job and everybody is expected to help out. Very good team atmosphere and it is great to see management and ownership regularly at the plants and on the jobs.

      Desventajas

      Pro and Con - they are an "old school" kind of company. They tell it how it is and you they expect you to be able to make the adjustments. I love that mentality but it can be negatively received as well.

      Ventajas

      It's not easy work. It's a grind daily, but they value hard work, and you can see it in those who have stayed awhile. 10/10 if you're looking for a stable job to care for your family while you're home every night. I'd recommend this place.

      Desventajas

      It's hard work, and construction can't offer guaranteed hours in the winter.
