Desventajas
More top-down management then it looks - frequently management coming down from the mountain with new commandments - here's our new strategy, here's our plan of attack etc. etc. Diversity initiatives sometimes look more talk than the walk - if you have to emphasise it this much with pronouns and stuff, does it kind of show you have something to hide? Lacking seniority or leadership in engineering - there are some staff and senior engineers but are they utilised well? Do they only do simple exploration tasks and writing documents and going on endless meetings? Need some dogfooding and taking initiatives on all levels There's more office politics than it looks from outside
